Talk to companies that have a reason to buy today.

Radar ICP finds these companies and the people who make the buying decision, writes messages based on facts about them and breaks the campaign down into today’s tasks for everyone on your team. You send them yourself, from your own profile, in your own voice.

Radar ICP Academy

See how Radar ICP works. In 3 minutes.

A series of short videos recorded on real panel screens. Episode 1 shows how the radar knows which companies are ready to talk and how it calculates the chance of a deal within 90 days. Episode 2 walks you through setting up your first project.

A campaign all the way through

Deals are won in the middle of a campaign.

The first week of an ABM campaign always goes well. By week four, half the companies have stalled after the first message and the second person on the committee is still waiting for an invitation. Radar ICP takes every company through every step of its path up to a conversation, and after each completed step it keeps track of the next one, even in a week when you have a hundred other things on your plate.

A plan in a spreadsheet. Every week there are fewer tasks, companies stall halfway and nobody notices.

Radar ICP · Todayeveryone knows what to do

A campaign in Radar ICP. Everyone sees their tasks for today, and in the whole-team view you see which ones have been waiting too long.

Today

A few tasks a day. Each one with the content ready.

You open the Today tab and see your tasks, with the plan for the next 14 days alongside. Radar researches the company and writes the message. You read it, pick a version, copy it, send it from your own profile and tick it off. Someone replied?
Paste the reply and Radar suggests the next task.

The whole team

See where your campaign is slowing down.

The “My tasks / Whole team” switch shows everyone’s tasks, each labelled with who owns it. An overdue task gets an “overdue” badge, so you see it before the company goes cold.

  1. My tasks. Everyone sees only what they need to do today.
  2. Whole team. You see every task and who owns it.
  3. Overdue. A late task is flagged before the campaign stalls.
  4. Cover. When someone is on holiday, their companies don’t wait: another person takes over the task, and the label shows who did it.

Medical device manufacturers have clinical data and good devices, but they write their documentation for themselves, not for the notified body’s questions. Validora shows how to build documentation from the data they already have, without further rounds of questions.

Your account, your name

Radar ICP prepares. You send.

Every invitation, every message and every post goes out from your profile, sent by you at the moment you choose. Your LinkedIn account works just as it does today, and the recipient talks to a person who knows who they are writing to and why.

Radar prepares

  • Companies with a signal and its source
  • People on the buying committee
  • The campaign strategy and plan
  • Messages in several versions
  • Content briefs and questions for your expert
  • Tasks for today and the next 14 days

You decide and send

  • You approve your offer and company profile
  • You pick a version and edit it
  • You send from your own profile
  • You publish in your own voice
  • You hold the conversations and close the deal

Radar doesn’t connect to your LinkedIn account, so the only activity there is yours.

Campaign

Your second message has something to say.

Every sprint brings expert posts and content to share, laid out in a calendar. Once a piece is published, it automatically becomes a “send content” task for the companies at that stage of their path. You come back to the company with something valuable and a personal note from you.

Your voice

Speak in your own voice. Authenticity sells better than the best algorithm.

LinkedIn is drowning in posts that all sound the same. People stop where they can hear a human being: their experience, thinking and conclusions. You write the posts. Radar prepares a brief with the core message, evidence from company signals and questions that draw out examples from your own work.

  • 1A brief with the message, evidence and questions is waiting in Radar, ready for writing.
  • 2Writing with AI? Copy the prompt in one click, and it asks for your examples first.
  • 3A brief for your designer copies in one click when someone creates graphics for you.
  • 4Published content comes back to you in the Today tab as a “send content” task.

Core message

MDR recertification doesn’t have to stop your sales if three decisions are made now rather than after the notified body’s report.

Evidence from the campaign

The MDD certificate is expiring at 9 of 17 companies in the campaign. A new device is in the works at 8.

For the designer

An MDD to MDR timeline, three decisions as three steps, brand colours, 1080 × 1350 format.

Questions for you

Which recertification project did you run most recently, and what sped it up the most?

Which of the three decisions do manufacturers put off most often?

Team

Your team talks to the whole buying committee.

A buying decision is made by several people, so Radar ICP shares them out among your team. Everyone has their own role in the campaign: the sales rep talks to the quality director, the owner to the CEO, the expert publishes for the whole committee and someone prepares the content. The contact history is shared, so nobody writes to the same person twice.

One person can run a campaign. You add more people as they join, and Radar splits the companies between them. Up to 5 people work in an account: the owner and four invited members. You can add as many view-only observers as you like.

Signal freshness

You write while the reason is fresh.

A signal from last week opens a conversation; one from six months ago says little. That’s why a signal’s weight fades over time, and Radar ICP picks companies for the campaign where the reason is still strong.

30days at full weight from when the signal was published or detected
180days until a quarter of its weight is left
1×a week: the scan checks every company again, and a confirmed signal returns to full strength
Search

A client calls back. You know where you left off.

You don’t need to remember who accepted the invitation or what last week’s message was about. Type a name or a company and the whole conversation is right in front of you: the stage, the next step and a ready message. You pick up the phone and know what to say from the first sentence.

Radar searches thousands of companies in your market and shows the ones with strong buying signals that match your customer profile. The radar holds up to 1,500 companies in each project. The plan’s company limit applies to your ABM campaign: this is how many companies at a time Radar researches and prepares people, messages and next steps for. FAQ

Before you start, ask us anything.

Could my LinkedIn account get restricted?

You send every invitation and every message by hand, from your own profile, just as you do today. Radar ICP doesn’t click or send anything on your behalf, so your account isn’t at risk of a ban for automation. If you want, you can turn on sync: Radar only reads your invitations and conversations through LinkedIn’s official data portability interface, ticks off the steps you’ve sent and adds the replies.

What is an ABM campaign and how does Radar ICP run it?

An ABM (account-based marketing) campaign starts from selected companies rather than a broad audience: the team knows every company by name, talks to several people on its buying committee and speaks about what matters to it right now. Radar ICP picks companies that match your ideal customer profile and show a current buying signal, finds the people on the committee, prepares messages and content, and then turns the next steps into tasks for the team every day.

How is a campaign in Radar different from a LinkedIn ad campaign?

A campaign in Radar ICP runs from your team’s personal profiles: expert posts, invitations and messages to specific people at selected companies. Every step has ready content and a due date, and a person holds the conversation. If you also run LinkedIn ads, the campaign from personal profiles reaches the same companies in person, with a reason to talk.

Isn’t this just mass outreach under another name?

Only companies that match your ICP and show a current signal make it into the campaign: in the demo, 22 out of 1,240 companies in the market. Every message is written from facts about a specific company and person, and a person sends it, one at a time.

How is Radar different from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn automation tools and agencies?

Sales Navigator helps you find companies and people on LinkedIn, save them to lists and follow their activity. Radar takes care of what comes after you find them: it picks companies with a current reason to talk (job postings, media coverage, company websites), prepares messages based on facts about each company and takes it step by step all the way to a conversation. The two tools complement each other well.

Automation tools send invitations and messages for you, from your profile. In Radar you send every message yourself, from your own profile, so you decide what goes out and when, and the recipient gets a message from a real person.

An agency holds conversations on your behalf. With Radar, your team holds the conversations, and the contact history with every company stays in your panel.

Will the messages sound like they were written by AI?

They are built on facts the recipient will recognise: a new hire, an investment, entering a new market. You pick one of several versions, in English or in your prospect’s language, and edit it your way before sending.

How much time a day does working with Radar take?

Radar does the longest part of the work: researching a company and writing a message takes it 2 to 3 minutes. Your day is a few tasks in the Today tab, and each one means reading a ready message, editing it if needed, copying it, sending it from your profile and ticking it off. The number of tasks depends on how many companies are in the campaign, and the 14-day plan shows in advance which days will be busier.

What if someone on the team stops ticking things off?

You’ll see it straight away. In the Today tab you switch the view to “Whole team” and see everyone’s tasks, each labelled with who owns it. An overdue task carries an “overdue” badge. When someone is on holiday, another person takes over the task, and the label shows who did it.

How does Radar know the people on the buying committee, and are they up to date?

Radar gives you the name, job title, role on the committee and a link to the profile. A person confirmed on the company website comes with a link to the source. A person found on LinkedIn through Google carries a “Check before sending that they still work here” badge. Finding people at a company usually takes up to a minute.

What does the path for one company look like?

A reaction to a post, an invitation with a note, a first message once it’s accepted, sharing a published piece with a personal note, a second message from a different angle, contact with a second person on the committee, and a conversation. After every completed step Radar ICP keeps track of the next one, and when someone replies, you paste in the reply and Radar suggests what to do next.

Who is Radar ICP for?

For B2B companies where a sale takes months and several people decide on the purchase, for example in IT services and implementations, consulting, pharma and healthcare, or corporate training. Teams that know their clients are on LinkedIn, but whose mass invitations and meeting requests don’t turn into conversations, gain the most. From the description of your offer, Radar defines your ideal customer profile, the make-up of the buying committee and the signals that tell it when the time is right to talk. It looks for matching companies across Europe, the US and Poland. If your sales are fast and high-volume, advertising will serve you better. The quickest way to find out whether Radar works in your market: on request, we’ll show you the first few companies with a current reason to talk about your offer.

How many companies will Radar find in my market?

First you get an estimate of the market size from official statistics, Eurostat and the US Census, in about a minute. Then Radar reviews the companies and keeps the ones that fit and have a signal: in the demo, 22 out of 1,240 companies in the market made it into the campaign. When you need more, you widen the radar. This usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, and you can close the tab in the meantime.

Does a campaign make sense for a small team without a designer or a dedicated expert?

Yes. One person can run a campaign, talking to companies and publishing. You add more people to the campaign as they join, and Radar splits the companies between them. The designer brief only comes in handy once someone creates graphics for you.

Do I need my own AI tool?

No. The brief with the core message, evidence and questions about your examples is in Radar, and Radar writes the messages to companies itself. The prompt is an option for people who write posts with AI: you copy it in one click, and it asks for your examples first.

How much work does the set-up take?

You enter your website address, Radar fills in your offer profile, and you review and approve it. Radar prepares the market scan, the choice of companies and the campaign plan.

Where does Radar get its information about companies?

From public sources: Google, company websites, rankings, directories and industry lists, job postings and news. Every signal has a link to its source and a date, so you can check it in one click before sending.

What is buying signal strength, and how do I know it’s current?

Buying signal strength shows, on a scale of up to 100, how strong a reason to talk a company has today. It is made up of every signal detected, such as a new hire, an investment or entering a new market, and more important signals weigh more. A signal keeps its full weight for 30 days, then fades, and after 180 days a quarter of it is left. Once a week the scan checks every company, and a confirmed signal returns to full weight. Your team hears about new signals in an email after the scan.

Could two people on my team write to the same person?

Radar splits each company’s buying committee among the people on your team and keeps a shared contact history. Everyone sees who is talking to whom and what stage the conversation is at. You mark existing clients as “Current client”, so Radar doesn’t send you to them.

What happens when someone replies?

You mark it on the company card and paste in the reply, and Radar suggests the next task. You hold the conversation.

Does Radar guarantee sales?

You close the sale, with your offer and in your own conversations. Radar takes care of everything that leads up to them: the right companies at the right time, the people on the buying committee and a campaign carried through to the end.

How does the company limit in a plan work?

The plan limit is the largest number of companies you can have in the campaign at a time, across all projects in the plan combined: 20 in Starter, 60 in Team Plus, 150 in Superscale. A company takes up a slot from the moment you add it to the campaign. Research, messages, next steps, replies and conversations with that company all fit in that one slot. The slot frees up when the company becomes a client, drops out or moves from the campaign to watched. Then you can add another one. When you need more slots, add “Campaign companies +30”: the limit grows by 30 permanently, and you can switch the add-on off from the next renewal (the companies stay in the campaign; for those added most recently above the limit, the radar pauses research and messages until a slot frees up). Every company in the campaign has its own monthly allowance: company research and messages for up to 9 people (rewriting a message counts as another person) and up to 8 reply drafts in the conversation with that company. Everything you created stays in your panel even after the allowance is used up.

How does the launch price work?

Until 31 January 2027, plans are at the launch price: Starter €79 instead of €159, Team Plus €199 instead of €399, Superscale from €499 instead of €999 a month excl. VAT, and add-ons are 57% off. On a monthly subscription the launch price covers all payments up to that date, and the full price applies from the first renewal after it. On an annual subscription the launch price covers the whole first year, and a year costs the same as 10 months.

How do I pay, and how do I cancel?

You pay by card in advance, for a month or a year, and receive an invoice by email with every payment. You can cancel at any time in the panel: Project settings, Billing section. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, and everything you created stays.
