Service terms
Radar ICP Terms of Service
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish version of the Terms of Service is legally binding.
In force from 2 November 2026. Clause 6.6 (launch prices of plans and add-ons) in its current wording from 4 November 2026. Changes to clauses 5.8 and 8.3 apply from 3 December 2026. Provisions for companies outside Poland (clauses 2, 6.4, 6.10, 7 and 14) apply from 5 November 2026.
In short
- Radar ICP is a service for businesses: a monthly or annual subscription, paid by card in advance.
- You create an account free of charge at radaricp.com; without a plan you get the demo, the calculator and a call with us, and the radar for your company starts once you choose a plan.
- A plan counts the companies you run in your campaign at a time, the people on your team and the projects.
- Launch prices apply until 31 January 2027: the Starter plan for PLN 245 net a month instead of PLN 569, and add-on prices −57%.
- You receive a VAT invoice by email with every payment, also sent to KSeF (the Polish National e-Invoicing System).
- You can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period, and an account without a plan stays until you delete it (exception: projects after the Early Access offer, clause 6.7).
- You send messages yourself; Radar sends nothing on your behalf. You connect LinkedIn, your CRM, the Claude assistant and LinkedIn ads yourself, on your own accounts and keys.
- We do not move your project data to other projects or use it in our own sales; the exception is aggregate statistics (clause 11).
1. Who provides the service
The Radar ICP service (radaricp.com) is provided by Serafin Conseil Adrian Serafin, os. Oświecenia 54/39, 31-636 Kraków, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 6751310425, EU VAT number PL6751310425 (hereinafter: Radar ICP or we). Contact: kontakt@radaricp.com.
2. Who the service is for
Radar ICP is a service for businesses and is used for business activity: B2B sales and marketing. By ordering a plan, you confirm that you are ordering it for the company named in the order (with its Polish tax ID, or, for a company outside Poland, its EU VAT number or tax number) and in connection with its business. A person ordering on behalf of a company declares that they are authorised to represent it for this purpose.
3. What the service includes
Radar ICP searches for companies that match your customer profile, shows their buying signals, points to people to contact, prepares research, messages, a strategy and a campaign plan, and manages your team’s tasks. It uses public sources (company websites, search engines, registers such as the Polish National Court Register (KRS), public procurement and grants, job postings and the press) and AI models. You send messages and invitations yourself, from your own accounts; LinkedIn sync only reads your conversations and sends nothing.
The demo at radaricp.com/demo shows the panel for a fictional company with fictional data; it requires no account and is not part of the paid service. Projects with a paid plan include a help chat that answers questions about Radar and, if needed, passes the matter on to us.
Information about companies and people comes from public sources and AI analysis. We make every effort to keep it current and to provide its source, but it may be incomplete or out of date. Before sending a message, you check the facts it is based on. We do not guarantee any particular sales results.
4. Account and team
- You create an account at radaricp.com (the “Create account” button opens a form in the panel: first name, an email address at your company’s domain, company website, password and acceptance of the terms of service and privacy policy), from the link you receive after paying for an order, or from an invitation; you can also create an account from an invitation through LinkedIn. A person without an account who signs in through LinkedIn leaves a request for access and waits for our invitation. An account without a plan gives access to the demo, the plan calculator and booking a call; the radar for your company starts once you choose a plan.
- The owner and administrators of an account invite team members up to the number allowed by the plan and any extra seats purchased. Observers (view only) do not count towards the limit on people. A sent invitation takes up a seat until it expires or is cancelled.
- You keep passwords confidential and are responsible for the actions of the people you invite to the account.
- You can leave an account at any time (“My profile”, “Leaving the account and deleting the profile” section). The sole owner of an account first transfers ownership to another person or deletes the account together with their profile.
- You can also delete your profile. We carry out the deletion after 14 days; until then you can reverse it by signing in to Radar. An account in which you are the sole owner must be transferred to another person or deleted together with your profile; an account with an active subscription is deleted after the subscription is cancelled and the paid period ends. After a profile is deleted, notes, decisions and contact steps remain in the team’s projects labelled “Former user”, and invoices are kept for the period required by tax law. Details: privacy policy, sections 5 and 10.
5. Plans and limits
- A plan sets the number of companies that can be in the campaign at a time, the number of people on the team and the number of projects. Projects included in the plan share one company limit for the account. The Team Plus plan includes 1 free Radar Boost, i.e. a new round of company search, and the Superscale plan 3 such Radar Boosts in total. Free Radar Boosts are granted once and do not renew in later subscription periods. You can launch at most one free Radar Boost per subscription month; in the Starter plan, Radar Boost is an add-on. Current plans and prices are at radaricp.com/#pricing.
- A campaign company is a company added to the campaign that has not become a client, has not dropped out and has not been moved out of the campaign (to watched or excluded). From the moment it is added, Radar researches it, finds people, prepares messages and manages the next steps. Each campaign company takes up one slot in the limit, including a company postponed for later. A slot frees up when the company becomes a client, drops out or is moved out of the campaign. Companies found by Radar that you do not add to the campaign take up no slot.
- When the campaign holds as many companies as the limit allows, the companies already in progress continue unchanged, and you can add another company once a slot frees up or after adding the “Campaign companies +30” add-on.
- Add-ons are ordered by the owner or an administrator of the account in the Plan and billing panel: “Campaign companies +30” (as part of the subscription; each add-on increases the number of companies in the campaign at a time by 30 within the shared account limit), Radar Boost, i.e. a new round of company search (one-off, with no expiry date, launched immediately), an extra team member, an extra project with its own company limit, and “List +500 companies” (all as part of the subscription). We charge the fee to the card saved for the subscription at the time of purchase. +15 company packs bought before 31 October 2026 remain active until the end of their 3 months.
- Cancelling the “Campaign companies +30” or “List +500 companies” add-on takes effect from the next period, with no refund for the current one. After the limit is reduced, companies stay in the campaign, but the companies added to the campaign most recently, above the new limit, lose their slot: Radar pauses research and messages for them until a slot frees up or the add-on returns. Companies from lists above the new limit stay on the radar, and the weekly scan covers as many of them as the limit allows.
- An extra team member or project added during a period is charged from the day it is added, pro rata until the end of the period, and from the next period at the full price for as long as you use it. On an annual subscription an add-on costs the same as 10 months. Removing a person or a project takes effect from the next period: the fee for the current period is not refunded, and you can fill the freed seat again until the end of the period.
- The plan is changed by the owner or an administrator of the account in the Plan and billing panel. A higher plan applies from the moment of the change, and you pay the difference pro rata for the rest of the current period. A lower plan applies from the next period, and you can reverse the change until the renewal date. If you have more people or projects than the lower plan includes, we charge the excess as add-ons unless you remove it before the next period begins. From 3 December 2026 you can also order your own set from the calculator (a plan with add-ons): the set applies from the next period with no extra charge for the current one, a Radar Boost in the set is charged with the payment for the next period, and you can reverse the change until the renewal date. To change the subscription period (monthly or annual), write to us.
- To protect the quality of the service, each plan also has an AI work limit matched to the number of companies. In normal use you will not notice it. At 80% we will send an email, and once the limit is used up, we will pause only the most costly tasks, such as building a radar, until the end of the subscription month. Radar Boost and work with campaign companies continue unchanged.
- The account owner can transfer ownership to another person on the team. The account passes over together with the plan and the connected payments once both parties confirm; we record the date, email address and IP address of each confirmation.
6. Order and payment
- You place an order at radaricp.com/zamow (also from the calculator at radaricp.com/calc, which takes the selected set there), giving your company’s tax ID and details, an email address and your card details. The contract is concluded when the order is paid.
- You pay by card in advance: for a month or for a year. Payments are handled by Stripe; the card number never reaches Radar ICP’s servers.
- The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length, and the fee is charged to the saved card on the renewal date.
- Prices are net prices; we add VAT at the applicable rate (currently 23%). Companies outside Poland pay without Polish VAT (clause 6.10).
- Discount for a calculator set. An order placed through the calculator (radaricp.com/calc) with subscription add-ons worth at least PLN 290 net a month at the regular price (extra people, projects, campaign companies, lists) gets a 5% discount on the whole basket, including a Radar Boost on the first invoice, for the first year: 12 monthly payments or the first annual payment. The discount can be combined with the launch price and also covers add-ons bought in the panel during that time.
- Launch price. Orders placed by 31 January 2027 have the launch price: the Starter plan PLN 245, Team Plus PLN 695 and Superscale from PLN 1,745 net a month (10 times that on an annual subscription), and add-on prices 57% below the regular price list. On a monthly subscription the launch price covers payments falling due by 31 January 2027; from the first renewal after that date the full price from the price list applies. On an annual subscription the launch price covers the first year; the renewal is at the full price. The discount also covers add-ons bought during the promotion: on a monthly subscription until 31 January 2027, on an annual one the top-up until the end of the first year, and Radar Boost if you buy it by 31 January 2027. +15 company packs bought before 31 October 2026 keep the launch price.
- The “Early Access” offer for beta participants and invited people. People who took part in the free beta, received an invitation to it or received a message with this offer from Radar ICP (for example after requesting access on the website) may order the Starter plan for 30 days for PLN 93 net until 31 January 2027. The plan runs for one period and does not renew automatically; after it ends, the account can order any plan on the terms set out in this clause. During the offer, AI work in the project has a budget matched to this price; once it is used up, new costly operations wait for the next plan, and everything already created stays. If the account does not order a plan after this period ends, 12 months after the end of the period we delete the account’s projects together with their data (radar, companies, notes, messages and content). The owner and administrators of the account receive an email with the deletion date 30 days in advance, and ordering any plan before that date keeps the projects. The account, team members and invoices remain.
- A year on an annual subscription costs the same as 10 months on a monthly subscription.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it within a few days, and we will let you know by email. If no attempt succeeds, the plan expires.
- Companies outside Poland. A company registered outside Poland orders at radaricp.com/en/order and pays in euro according to the price list at radaricp.com/en, without Polish VAT. A company from the European Union provides its EU VAT number, which we check in the VIES system; without an active number the order will not be accepted. The buyer then accounts for the tax on the service in its own country (reverse charge). A company from outside the EU provides its tax or registration number. We do not accept orders from companies registered in countries under European Union sanctions or embargoes (currently: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba). All other terms, including the launch price and the bundle discount, apply in the same way, with amounts in euro.
7. Invoices
We issue a VAT invoice for every payment, including add-ons and top-ups, made out to the company details from the order, and send it by email and to the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). You accept invoices in electronic form. If your invoice details change, write to us before the next payment. For a company outside Poland, the invoice is issued in euro, in Polish and English, with a reverse charge note (European Union) or a note that the service is not subject to VAT in Poland (outside the EU).
8. Cancellation and end of the contract
- The account owner can cancel at any time in the panel: Plan and billing, “Card and cancellation” button. The plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
- The fee for a period that has started is non-refundable, unless the service did not work through our fault (clause 10).
- After a plan expires, everything created in your projects remains available to view. Until you choose a plan, the radar does not refresh signals and AI features are switched off. From 3 December 2026, the panel then reminds you to choose a plan with a window that appears after every click and that you can close. An account from the free beta and an account after the Early Access offer that have no active plan see the panel under a window for choosing a plan, and their data waits in the account. We do not delete an account without a plan or its data on our own: you delete them in the panel (clauses 4.4 and 4.5) or ask us to do so. The only exception is the projects of an account after the Early Access offer, which we delete after 12 months without a plan (clause 6.7).
- We may terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice, refunding a proportional part of the fee for the unused period. We may block an account with immediate effect if it is used unlawfully or in breach of clause 9.
9. Rules of use
When using Radar ICP, you do not send spam or mass messages, you comply with the terms of the services you use (including LinkedIn) and with the law on personal data protection and electronic communications. You do not share the account with people outside your team, resell data from Radar or try to get around limits or security measures. Integration keys and connections (CRM, Claude, LinkedIn) are yours: you do not share them with people outside your team, and you are responsible for what your tools do with data from Radar.
10. Availability and liability
- We look after the continuity of the service. We schedule technical work to cause as little disruption as possible and announce longer breaks by email.
- If the service did not work through our fault for more than 3 consecutive days, at your request we will extend your plan by the length of the break or refund a proportional part of the fee.
- We are not liable for lost profits or for decisions made on the basis of information from Radar. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the event. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally.
11. Personal data and project data
The rules of data processing are described in the privacy policy. With regard to the data of people at the companies you talk to, each of us is responsible for GDPR compliance in our own part: you for the contact you make, we for how the data is processed in Radar. Where the radar gets people at companies from and what it records about them is described in the privacy policy, section 7.
Project confidentiality. Your project data (for example the customer profile, companies, scores, diagnoses, messages, notes and content) stays in that project. We do not disclose it to other Radar customers, use it in our own sales or move it to other projects, including our own; the exception is the aggregate statistics described below, from which we will exclude your project at your request. We look at project data only to give you technical help, improve Radar or investigate abuse, and when required by law. We do not read the content of conversations downloaded from LinkedIn.
Connection with an AI assistant. If you connect a project with Claude or another AI assistant (the “Integrations” tab in the project settings), you transfer the project data the assistant retrieves to the provider of that assistant on the terms of its service. The assistant acts with the permissions of the person who granted it access. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the connection or revoking the access key.
Connection with LinkedIn and your CRM. You turn on LinkedIn sync (reading your conversations), the LinkedIn ads report and sending to your CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive) yourself, on your own accounts and keys, and you can disconnect them at any time. You process the data that goes to your CRM (the company, people on the buying committee, a note with signals) further on the terms of that tool. Details are in the privacy policy, sections 5 and 6.
Aggregate statistics (in force from 26 November 2026). From the data of all projects we may prepare aggregate market statistics, use them to improve Radar and publish them, for example in a monthly report on ABM campaigns: which buying signals occur most often, how long a company’s path to a conversation takes, how people in different roles reply. The statistics are anonymised and aggregated: they contain no names of customers, names of the companies you talk to or personal data. We show a figure only when it is based on at least 5 projects and 30 companies. We do not publish the content of your messages, notes or materials. If you do not want your project data to be included in the statistics, write to kontakt@radaricp.com and we will exclude it.
12. Complaints
Send complaints and questions to kontakt@radaricp.com. We reply within 14 days.
13. Changes to the terms and prices
We notify you by email of a change to the terms or to a plan price at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first renewal after that date. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before the renewal.
14. Final provisions
The contract is governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court competent for Radar ICP’s registered office. If you order as a sole trader and the contract is not of a professional nature for you, you have the rights provided by law for such entrepreneurs; these terms do not limit them.
These Terms of Service have an English version (radaricp.com/en/terms), provided for the convenience of customers outside Poland. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
